"Jacksonville Jaguars" quarterback Trevor Lawrence will no longer help the team this regular season.
Lawrence was placed on injured reserve after suffering a concussion in the game against the "Houston Texans". That means the quarterback will miss at least 4 games. There are 5 game weeks left in the regular season.
The media is also reporting that Lawrence is scheduled to undergo surgery on his ailing shoulder, which was previously postponed.
Lawrence signed a contract with the Jaguars this past offseason that will see him earn an average annual salary of $60 million.
The "Jaguars" dropped out of playoff contention early with a 2-10 record.
