"Las Vegas Raiders" receiver Davante Adams has been traded to the "New York Jets".
The "Raiders" will receive a conditional 3rd round draft pick, which could turn into a 2nd round pick if the player meets a number of individual statistical conditions before the end of the season.
The "Jets" will also assume all of the player's salary due this season.
Adams will be reunited with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, with whom he played for the "Green Bay Packers" for eight years.
