The "Buffalo Bills" soccer team clinched the AFC East division title early after a 35-10 victory over the "San Francisco Foothiners".
This is the fifth consecutive division title for Sean McDermott's team.
The "Bills" became the second team in the NFL after the "Kansas City Chiefs" to make the playoffs.
