Buffalo Bills outside linebacker Vaughn Miller has been suspended for four games for a conduct violation.

Miller will be eligible to apply for reinstatement on Oct. 28 after the Bills' game against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8.

Vaughn Miller surrendered to police last Nov. 30 after he was accused of physically harming a pregnant woman, the mother of the soccer player's two other children.

No criminal charges were filed.

Von Miller has played in all 4 games this season and has made 3 sacks.

Buffalo (3-1) will play the Houston Texans on Sunday.
