Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young will play in Week 8 of the NFL regular season against the Denver Broncos in the starting lineup.

Young was put on the bench after two defeats to start the season. His understudy Andy Dalton won the first game and lost all subsequent games.
On Tuesday, Dalton was involved in a car accident with his family. No one was seriously injured, but the quarterback sprained the thumb muscle on his right hand.
Carolina is hoping Dalton can fill in as the backup quarterback for the game against the Broncos.
With a 1-6 record, Carolina is in last place in the NFC South division.
The Denver vs. Carolina game will take place on Sunday and will kick off at 23:25 Moscow time.
